Anyone who has ever run their own business knows it is difficult. There are many who may take the path of least resistance, or sell out on values, or get jaded and forget their purpose in the first place.

This goes beyond treating clients, partners, and policyholders with respect... it is also about SERVING. Ministry can take many forms, and yes, even Insurance can be a vehicle to help others. I am very sensitive to the finances and budgets of others, and also do my best to assist when help is needed in the claims process. There are specific benefits that pay towards Cancer, Heart Attacks, Strokes, Injuries, and more... these are heavy things to wrestle with in the moment, but it is also an opportunity to assist and encourage and provide financial peace of mind to others going through tough times.

Dave handles Supplemental and Employee Benefits with Aflac, as well as Life insurance for individuals with many carriers, and assists many with the Medical Marketplace. Before his 20+ years of insurance experience began, he left the Carolinas for Lee University in Cleveland, TN, married a Ringgold girl in 2002, and never went home. Dave has 2 beautiful (teen and pre-teen) girls that accelerate his aging process daily... but he still hopes they never grow up and leave home. His wife has been an exceptional RN with several local hospitals for 20 years, paying her dues with cardiac and ICU work.
Dave has a truly unique approach thanks to various experiences personally and professionally. His journey weaves from teaching to dental and medical insurance, from Youth Pastor to Supplemental and Group benefits representative. This mysterious concoction resulted in a benefits consultant that truly wants to listen and assist, takes lead in benefits and claim payouts as a ministry to help others through their tough times, and has each individual and employer’s best interest in mind. Thanks to a personal touch in customer service and finding the best options for any budget, his business client retention rate has been impeccable.
